Many competitors use man made crytals in their design or are misinformed on what they are selling. At MINE·Full we take the time to research the optimal gemstone for each desire we have for our creations.
What are your items made with ? Will it turn ?
Predominately sterling silver & stainless steel metals with glass and semi-precious gemstones. If a different metal (18k gold/vermeil/brass) is used it is always included in the product listing.
An alloy is a metal made by combining two or more metallic elements, especially to give greater strength to it.
This is the advantage sterling silver & plated metals have over precious metals. Plating is the process of depositing a thin layer of one metal onto the surface of another. To be classed as sterling silver, the alloy must contain at least 92.5% pure silver. Sterling silver is highly regarded for its resistance to wear and tear while preserving the color, luster and mass of pure silver.
The oxidation on your piece may disappear with time. This is considered normal, not a defect. Moisture, chlorine, perfumes, cleaning agents, and silver polish may cause further oxidation.
What gemstone would you suggest for a first time buyer ?
Go with what feels right for you! Your soul is typically drawn to whatever crystal is for what you need most at the moment. If you're overwhelmed by your options, a piece that works to align the chakras (like our Un Chakra bracelet) is a great way to feel the effect of different stones at once.
Can I use different gemstones or charms than whats shown in your social media post or product listing ?

I need help choosing a gemstone for love for my loved one. I've heard of Rose Quartz but I'd like something different/darker, what would you suggest ?

of your intent while wearing your gemstones. Cleanse/Smudge them after use to keep them full of fresh vibrations.

Ugh.. I'm having trouble figuring out what length I would need for a necklace/earring design I have in mind. Can you help?
No worries, when you make a request on the Custom Orders tab there's a few reference photos for necklace & bracelet design to get an idea on what lengths or fit may be best for your custom item. If additional assistance is needed, let us know in the fill in section of the form what you have in mind.
How long does it take to receive a custom order ?
It can take anywhere from 3 days to 2 weeks depending on how extravagant your order is. All custom request require 50% deposit to start. Confirmation emails are sent once an item is being created as well as once it is ready to be shipped. Deposits ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
I saw a nice piece on your Instagram/Facebook page but now I can't find it on the site ? How can I order ?
You may have seen a custom piece posted that is unavailable or may have yet to be posted. For the latter, sign up for emails so you'll stay in the know on new products or informational blog posts. For Custom Orders just describe your request to the best of your ability & we'll be in touch to help work out the details.
Is there a preferred way to store my natural gemstones ?
To keep your items at their best, store neatly when not in use & avoid rough handling to avoid scratches. Remember to limit contact with moisture or liquid cosmetics such as lotion or perfume. Certain natural gemstones and metals should not be exposed to water! Please visit our blog & do research for your selected gemstone prior to water exposure.
Keep leather & certain gemstones from direct sunlight or strong lighting, to prevent fading. For metals/charms/pendants, polish frequently with a soft polishing cloth to maintain its shine. Polishing cloths can be purchased from us here.
Our items usually last years with proper care.
Are any items excluded from promotion codes?
In general, promotion codes cannot be used on custom requests (unless specified) or current sale items.
What methods of payment do you take ?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Stripe, Square & PayPal.
How will my purchase be packaged ? What carrier do you use ?
Your items will be shipped with USPS & arrive individually wrapped and sealed. Gift boxes and pouches are available for custom request orders.
Help ! What are my options if my item gets damaged?
If your items arrive damaged capture a photo of it & send us an email at support@minefullco or minefullco@gmail.com, so we can expedite fixing your issue. Custom orders come with a complimentary repair lifetime warranty. For other jewelry repairs processes range from $15-25.
